Chemical peels are largely misunderstood because they involve the term "chemical." Many times these chemicals that are used on the skin are derived from natural sources in the environment such as plant, fruit, or lactic (milk) based ingredients. It doesn't always take a strong formulation to produce fabulous results on the skin for acne, texture, pore size, sun damage, exfoliation, fine lines, & minimal firming on the skin. Usually best performed in a series regardless of the peel depending on the strength.
